General Guidelines
- Always keep an eye on your registered email for updates on new features. Our new and updated schemes/policies/circulars will always be sent via email or posted on our website https://samadhanweb.in.
- Do not share your unique User ID and password with anyone.
- Periodically change/reset your password.
- Phishing attempts are fraudulent and often occur via social media sites, emails, phone calls, and SMS seeking personal and confidential information. Never respond to such requests. If you receive such attempts, report them immediately to help@samadhanweb.in.
- All new schemes/plans/circulars have respective additional terms and conditions; read them carefully before implementation.
Services and Responsibilities
- We provide consultancy only for new ITI openings, ISO certification, and trademark-related legal services. These are third-party services, and any changes from their side will apply to all our franchisees and clients.
- Always use original software/hardware with valid license keys. It is your responsibility to maintain and update all software and hardware. The company is not responsible for any issues caused by pirated software or hardware.
Account Management
- If you or your organization are found guilty of criminal or civil illegal activities, or if an FIR is filed against you or your organization, the company shall suspend your account immediately without notice or discussion.
- The company reserves the right to decide or have sole discretion regarding the termination of an account based on the account holder's performance.
- It is strictly prohibited for any person, inside or outside the company network, to copy, reproduce, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any company software, hardware, firmware, or marketing material in any manner.
Support and Communication
- For account or network-related issues, resolution will be provided only through remote login or telecommunication during office hours (9:30 AM to 7:00 PM). WhatsApp support is available 24x7.
- Clients/customers/business franchisees will bear the cost of telephonic communication with the company. The company does not cover this cost.
- Onsite service is not available to any business franchisee/client/customer.
- The company has the right to display its name and logo on the footer of software main screens or wherever necessary.
Suspension and Termination
- Any suspicious activity or negligence related to the terms & conditions may result in suspension of services and termination of the user account/login panel without prior notice, explanation, or any rewards/benefits. Strict penalties and legal actions may be imposed.
- The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any scheme/plan/offer at any time without prior notice or explanation.
- The company reserves the right to end or withdraw any offer without prior notice.
Legal and Miscellaneous
- All terms and conditions are based on the company's policy, procedures, and other related rules currently applicable in India. These terms are subject to amendments and adjustments. Matters not specifically covered here, including online versions of software, will be governed by the company's rules in force at the time.
- Franchisees found guilty of immoral practices or unethical behavior towards SAMMADHAN WEB SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED employees will be terminated immediately, followed by legal actions.
