Sale Policy

A sale is final once it has been executed from your panel provided by Sammadhan Web Solution Private Limited, and payment has been deducted for such sale. No refund, exchange, or cancellation will be permitted once a sale is done. You are responsible for the information provided for the purchase and all charges resulting from those purchases. Sammadhan Web Solution Private Limited is not responsible for any purchases made with incorrect information provided by you. Please be cautious before placing any order through your panel. You are responsible for the mobile number or DTH account number used for prepaid recharge, and all charges resulting from those purchases. Sammadhan Web Solution Private Limited is not responsible for any incorrect prepaid recharge purchases due to wrong mobile numbers, DTH account numbers, toll, or data card information.

If a transaction is performed and money is charged by your card or bank account but the recharge is not delivered within 24 hours, please inform us by sending an email to help@samadhanweb.in or raise a ticket. We will investigate the incident, and if the money was charged without delivery of the recharge, the money will be refunded within 7 working days from the date of receipt of your email. All refunds will be credited to your Be Smart Citizen Wallet/Sammadhan Web Solution Private Limited Wallet account. If the service is provided by a third party, the refund will be processed as per the third party’s timeline and terms and conditions.

IT services provided or executed once cannot be taken back, and any alterations or amendments will incur additional charges. Charges for services provided by third parties depend entirely on those parties. If third parties alter charges, the new charges will apply without prior notice. If a sale is executed after a price hike, the sale will be subject to the higher price at any stage before or after completion of the service.

The value/amount/payment stored in your Sammadhan Web Solution Private Limited/Be Smart Citizen Wallet shall NOT be refunded under ANY circumstances and may only be used to make payments for our services available on your login panel. No interest will be payable on the balance value/amount/payment reflected on the Sammadhan Web Solution Private Limited/Be Smart Citizen Wallet.

Cancellation and Refunds

If we receive a cancellation notice for a service order within 24 hours of placing the order and if the order has not been processed by us, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 10 to 15 days. Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled.

Who Can Get a Refund?

Refunds will be issued if payment is successfully credited to your Sammadhan Web Solution Private Limited Wallet/Be Smart Citizen Wallet but you are unable to get a recharge/transfer money. In such cases, the refund will only be made to your Sammadhan Web Solution Private Limited Wallet/Be Smart Citizen Wallet.

How to Request a Refund?

Email us at help@samadhanweb.in or raise a ticket from your login panel. Clearly mention your current Sammadhan Web Solution Private Limited Wallet/Be Smart Citizen Wallet balance and the problem you are facing with recharge/money transfer.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged product, send us the best quality pictures as soon as you receive it. Returns must be made within 3 days from the time of delivery. We are responsible only for manufacturing defects. Extended time for returns is 7 to 8 working days (unavoidable causes may affect this). The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. If the product is damaged and the original packing is not fulfilled, the product will not be accepted. For third-party services/products, refunds/replacements will be processed as per the third party’s timeline and terms and conditions.

Web Services/IT Services/Registration Services

Read all Terms & Conditions of our services/products available on www.samadhanweb.in and Sammadhan Web Solution Private Limited Group websites. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Franchisee Fees

Once you pay the Sammadhan Web Solution Private Limited fee for franchisee registration, the franchisee fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you register with Sammadhan Web Solution Private Limited but do not avail services, Sammadhan Web Solution Private Limited is not responsible for a refund. An amount paid once for a product/panel will not be refunded in any case. If you are not registered on the Sammadhan Web Solution Private Limited platform, you can request a refund by emailing us at help@samadhanweb.in.

Sammadhan Web Solution Private Limited may amend these policies at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Please review these policies periodically. Your continued use of Sammadhan Web Solution Private Limited’s website after any amendments implies acceptance of the changes.
